* High season is from 01/06/07 to 15/12/07. Other periods are low season.
* Surcharge of € 15/20. for every further bed.
* Minimum stay low season 3 night. Shorter stay to agree
* Rates include: weekly change of linen, TV, water, electricity, gas, ending cleaning.
* Rates don't include: Food service (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is not included neither
provided as optional in the farm.
* Additional change of linen: 10 €
* Workers for extra cleaning on request one day in advance at the rate of €8 for hour
to pay directly to them.
* Check in: saturday from 17.30 to 20.00
* Chek out: following saturday at least at 10.00. Diffferent days are accepted.
* Payment: at booking a deposit of 30% is requested via bank transfer. At chek in
payment of remaining 70% is requested by cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
* Host Rules: Customer are responsible for any damage at furniture and furnishings in
the flats.
